Job Description

● Plan and develop HR communications programs, shape and drive the communication framework and strategy. ● Review and analyze key external trends on employee experience strategies to incorporate best practices relevant to the organization. ● Assess corporate culture and define actions that foster company values and the mission, visions, and strategies of the company are spread and understood thoroughly. ● Develop and manage internal channels to support HR communication strategy and voice of HR through the HR communication framework. ● Conduct and analyze employee-related surveys in order to improve people engagement, Job Satisfaction, experience, and employer image. ● Provide an annual plan of internal communication in all aspects. ● Approve the content of HR initiatives, events calendar, talent development programs, new training, new hiring, and people announcements, HR policies, and procedures, etc. to be published through internal communication channels (newsletter, SMS, emails, LinkedIn, etc.). ● Collaborate with the HR department and other relevant departments to ensure that internal communications and messages are relevant, consistent, reliable, and timely for all identified internal audiences. ● Manage and attend internal work-related committees.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Communications, Psychology, Public Relations, Industrial Engineering, MBA graduate or other related fields. ● At least 10 years of relevant experience. ● Strong communication and presentation skills. ● Flexible, creative, dynamic, and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills. ● Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure, balance conflicting demands, and meet tight deadlines. ● Fluent in English.
