Job Description

• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive internal communications and engagement strategies to helpbusiness achieve objectives, improve MMP culture, promote MMP values and engage MMP employees across multiple locations • Ensure internal communications’ consistency and effectiveness by creating effective internal communications policies (i.e. announcements) processes, guidelines and templates • Work closely with global functions, global executives, and project teams to plan effective communications that support business objectives • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, boards, internal magazine or emails, different contests; work on the layout of content and with external parties to prepare contents, if required • Contribute to run different surveys in conjunction with Survey’ accountable
