Job Description

- Executing comprehensive internal communications and engagement actions to help achieve business objectives and support overall communication strategy - Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, monthly magazine or regular email bulletin to deliver news and information to all employees - Participation in different IC committee to support cross-functional projects and content management in different functions - Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization - Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly

Requirements

- BA in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or Marketing is an advantage - Excellent written & verbal communication skills - Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Fluent in English - Strong computer skills (MS Office, Photoshop, editing tools, etc.) - Proven background in writing content in social media
