Job Description

• To develop and manage HR Communications programs, shape and drive the communication framework and strategy • To manage and deliver internal channels to support HR communication strategy and voice of HR through the HR Communication Framework • To develop and execute internal or external HR communications activities including high-quality written, web, video and audio collateral (e.g., presentations, messaging, talking points, Q&A, video scripts) • To manage delivery of all change management and communications activities, including communication plans, communications content, and adoption efforts for large-scale HR projects and initiatives, helping inform the direction of the Project Management Resource team’s strategy and activities • To plan and execute highly visible employee events, campaigns and social gatherings • To build relationships with the HR management team, providing thoughtful, strategic communications counsel and support to HR teams. • To ensure close partnership and alignment and partner with the HR Centers of Excellence to support and enhance their communication efforts. • To collaborate with the creative services vendors or agencies to deliver all communication material as planned and enforce related service levels • To measure, analyze and report to HR management team regarding the impact and effectiveness of HR communications. • To serve as a trusted HR communications partner and advisor for HR client groups. • To provide annual plan of communication in all aspects • To observe and keep updated the branded areas in all MTN Irancell offices • Influencing on Employer Branding activities to demonstrate and positioning of employee value proposition for external candidates • Managing HR social medias for internal employees and external bodies to ensure values, believes, strategies and all corporate identities are reflected correctly and effectively • Defining the right tactics to shape physical environment in all MTN Irancell offices to reflect company believes to build staff aspirations and engagement

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, Media or related Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Communication delivery; with experience in supervising others Experience working in a medium to large organization Must be Fluent in English Knowledge of: • Communications and Media • Customer and Personal Service • Administration and Management • Printing methodologies • Advertising (ATL/BTL Knowledge) • Statistical analysis knowledge • Knowledge of telecoms services and ICT solutions
