Job Description

Objective of the role: To maintain and support IN services for Rightel's mobile network. List of responsibilities: Cooperate in planning and implementation of new IN platform Control and manage operation of In services Participate and cooperate with other IT-BSS departments for service delivery, knowledge sharing and optimization of IN services Change request management Supervision and management of vendor's operation Communicate with customer operation support for customer complaint and problem solving Service KPI planning, monitoring and optimization Business integration support with 3rd parties Incident and service request management SLA supervision O&M manual documentation Reporting to: IT Application O&M Manager.

Requirements

University Qualifications: BS degree in IT, Computer engineering and Telecommunications. Nature and length of previous experience: 4 years experience in mobile Telecom Co. and IT related operations support ( IN Services). Specialist knowledge: 3G/4G knowledge IN Platform and services (MVPN,Premium Call,NTS,PPS,TOP UP,VC,YZ,PAY4ME,Credit Transfer…) Linux or Solaris Oracle Database PL SQL (advanced level) SOAP MML CAMEL SS7 - SIGTRAN ITIL Python Bash scripting Online Charging USSD VAS services Soft Skills and Personality traits: • Motivated, creative • Team worker • Time Management • Fast learner and work well as part of a technical team, learning from other members and sharing knowledge • Strong ability at reading and writing technical documentation & solutions and be a negotiation interface between technical and business parties. • Customer support and negotiation skills • Conflict management
