Job Description

List of responsibilities: - Conceptual, basic and detailed designing and engineering of instrumentation and control systems - Preparing design documents for control panels including I/O list, part list, wiring Diagram, Connection Diagram, Cause & Effect, Arrangement drawing, P&IDs, instrument datasheet etc. - Preparing Control philosophy, logic diagram and design document for control system. - Utilizing professional software packages - Having knowledge about different types of control systems & Instruments - Preparing technical proposal based on the project specification and requirements for control & safety systems - Scheduling, Monitoring & observing inspections at vendor’s shop - Highly familiar with relevant standards such as API, ASME & IPS. - Monitoring the production quality to ensure that the project requirements are being achieved - Planning, revising, witnessing and approving FAT & SAT - Having experience in the machinery control, ESD, DCS and F&G systems & programming - Configuring DCS & safety systems including database, logic, and process display. - Performing procurement engineering of instrumentation and control systems - Experience in Quality Assurance/ Quality Control in inspection and testing of electrical and instrumentation equipment - High Familiarity with Installation, Calibration, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning - Having effective experience in PLC programming and software configuration, graphic display - Reporting to: Engineering Manager . - Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. - Working hours: Sat-Wed: 8:00 – 17:30 . - Travel requirements: Occasionally.
