Job Description

- Responsible for Infrastructure preventive check activities - Incident and Problem handling, follow internal as well as customer processes - Troubleshooting the system infrastructure and service to find the root cause of the issue and providing RCA - Responsible for all activities required on the operational platforms for a new system, module, application etc. - Pre & post testing for the activities - User Administration in service layer - On call duty to keep the continually support in non-working hours - Internal or customer related Meeting attendance - Providing Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly and on-demand report

Requirements

- Having Linux Experience and SQL & Shell scripting - Good understanding of GSM network architecture and telecom infrastructures - Familiar with the rating , billing | CRM system - Working knowledge with Virtualization Technology - Strong communication Skills - To be self-motivated and can develop - Fluency in English (written and verbal) - Candidates from vendor i.e. Huawei/NSN/Ericsson will be more preferable
