Job Description

•Main Objective: Generally have the task of installing, Security and maintaining servers (Physical & Virtual), networks (Routers, Switches, Firewall), or other computer systems, as well as responding to any service interruptions •Main Responsibilities: -Verify the performance of network equipment and servers and monitor their performance -Creating backup and recovery policies -System update as soon as new versions of operating systems and applications are released -Implement security policies for users -Users & password management (maintaining user accounts) -Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining new servers -Rapid management and coordination for hardware repair in the event of hardware failure -Documentation of instructions, checklists and specification of infrastructure equipment -Email management and protection against viruses and spam -Provide support to IS team
