Job Description
- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, risks, resources, schedule, and scope. - Ability to manage the implementation of physical infrastructure projects of data centers and LAN - Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables - Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management - Write reports on the project for senior management - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress and reports - Prepare analytic reports about progress and delay in project/portfolio level and various management reports - Define and measure Project KPIs - Creating a strategy to manage the stakeholders. - Communicating with the customers and involving them in the projects. - provide LOM, LOS, based on request. - Travel may be required. - Probation period: 2 months
Requirements
Requirements - BS/MS degree in IT, Computer engineering or related field. - At least 3 years of experience in same field. - IT project management experience. - Data center project management experience. -Structure cabling project management experience. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools - Experience to managing and leading the team and Powerful team working abilities. Desired Skills and Experience - Team player and motivated and Powerful communication abilities - Passionate about problem solving and continues improvement - Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly - Ability to identify and troubleshoot processing issues. - Conflict management. - Self-confident and outgoing personality. - Good understanding of technology concepts related to hardware and IT infrastructure - Proficiency in MSP and related project control tools. -Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills. - Excellent interpersonal and social skills.
