Job Description

- Provide application and technical support to all department for different information systems - Monitor SAP S4/HANA application, analyse reports from the system or third parties and follow defined processes to solve the problems or escalate them - Assist in coordinating information system technical activities with 3rd parties towards seamlessly implementing change and formulating change requests to the newly implemented template solution - Maintain up to date documentation as a reference point for the Team - User supporting and problem solving related to all information systems - Create testing scenarios, recording of test results and related data for all IS projects or changes - Carry out and coordinate testing for all systems changes/functional & UAT testing - Learn and be able to research new technologies to fulfill needs and requirements - Provide application and technical support to all departments for different information systems
