- Drive improvement plans and participate to the elaboration of objectives. - Serves as the intermediary between Group, internal customers and plant supply chains (defines production commitments and constraints, contribute actively to the Customer Service Level objectives). - Ensure an optimal interface between Marketing and Production for the implementation of the Marketing action plans. - Optimize the procurement of packaging, ingredients and raw materials, always mindful of optimizing inventory and plans. - Makes the required resources available, meeting quality, quantity and deadline needs. - Optimizes the use of production resources. - Manages the storage of finished goods, raw materials, ingredients and packaging in best conditions, the preparation of orders and their shipment to the internal and external customers. - Define the cost of external storage and labor for budgeting purposes. Justify any gap. Continuously strives to optimize these expenses - Leads the Industrial Meeting with Zone SC & reporting to PM and to Zone SC Director - Ensure that the Group best practices, indicators and group pilots are in place. Actively Participate in cross-functional supply chain projects. - Participate to the elaboration and implementation of the procedures and instructions linked to quality and environment. Verify that the procedures are well respected (ISO BRC IFS standards) - Manage the Plant Supply Chain team & ensure the safety of his team - Suggests and implements any changes to tools and structures that would further optimize the global supply chain. - Recommends a work structure for his/her department, focuses on effective organization of people - Sets objectives and conducts annual performance reviews with his/her first-line supervisors.
