- Preparation, compilation, review, updating and maintenance of methods and instructions for implementation and monitoring their implementation. - Reviewing and completely different processes of organization - Definition and implementation of projects and models of organizational restructuring - Revision and design of organizational structure - Identify weaknesses, strengths, opportunities, threats in the entire organization - Supervision and control over the implementation of the approvals of the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor of industrial engineering/management - At least 3 years work experience - Mastered in collecting and documenting processes - Fluent in process modeling - Fluent in BPMN - Fluent in designing the form, instructions, and other process requirements - Mastering the principles and rules of designing an organizational structure - Introduction to ISO 9001: 2015 - Familiarity with the models of excellence and industry standards - Introduction to methods for determining the quality indicators of processes and their automatic measurement (through relevant tools) - Full mastery of analysis, complication and designing of systems and processes
