- Identify, visualize and participate in optimization of work processes - Documentation and continuous review of organizational processes. - Participating in preparation of various analysis reports for management - Participating in the planning and preparation of work meetings, preparing minutes and follow up decisions. - Participating in design of excel worksheets for various calculations and reports - Search in internet/google for data needed for various projects and participation in Business Planning preparation - Participation in preparing dashboards that provide reliable insights and visualization into performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance - Planning of projects from the beginning and monitoring to the end point - Cooperate with IT experts and programmers to develop CRM/ERP software, websites, sales portals and …

Requirements

- Fluent in English - Advanced skills in Microsoft office and Especially in MS EXCEL and MS Visio - Advanced searching/internet abilities - Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail - Good taste and style in designing and creating dashboards and reports - Self-Motivated, fast learner and result oriented - Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI and Microsoft Project is preferred - Programming skills is a plus.
