Job Description

About the Opportunity: Parkano is currently seeking an experienced industrial engineer with specific skills to join the team based at Tehran (Address: Km 6 Karaj Makhsoos Rd) This role will report directly into the Supply Chain Manager, providing analytical support on supply chain projects, coordinating inventory review and reporting as well as supporting freight management and reporting. Your duties would include, but not be limited to: Analyze and report findings and recommendations on supply chain related projects, these include inventory, freight, purchasing, procurement and cost of goods analysis. Provide back up to the Supply Chain Manager with replenishment decisions. Support Procurement with raising purchase order and follow up with suppliers on past due orders. Coordination of Monthly and Quarterly inventory reports. Assist to coordinate stocktakes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have: KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum University degree: Bachelor • A minimum of 1 year related practical supply chain experience with strong analytical capabilities. • Strong MSExcel skills are essential. • Proficient with Using ERP systems and extracting data and reports for analysis • High level of administrative and organization skills, including the ability to prioritize and schedule work to meet deadlines. • Use of business reporting software would be an advantage. SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: • Strong Customer focus and team orientation. • Demonstrated versatility, flexibility, enthusiasm and a high level self-motivation. • Proven ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential and appropriate manner.
