Job Description

● Lead monthly physical inventory counting, including WIP (Work In Progress). ● Calculate theoretical consumption and align with operational teams to detect potential mistakes. ● Prepare an analysis report of variances vs. budget. ● Control petty cash amounts and ensure the application of internal control procedures. ● Assist the department manager in monthly P&L preparation, monthly performance review, transversal on-demand analysis, rolling forecast build-up, and month-end closing.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. ● At least 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting, costing, and reporting. ● Advanced level of MS Office, especially Excel. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Great rigor in file construction and ability to cross-check information for accuracy guarantee. ● Ability to meet assigned deadlines. ● Fluent in English.
