Job Description
● Assign and address tasks, set deadlines, coach and observe two buyers’ activities daily basis in accordance with purchasing requirements and priorities.
● Responsible for all aspects of supplying goods and services.
● Source as per the sourcing strategies and creating AVL.
● Monitor, assess, and evaluate suppliers’ service levels and revise AVL quarterly.
● Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
● Negotiate for the best terms and prices.
● Initiate contracts.
● Record and report purchasing activities and data to purchasing manager.
● Create and update the “order tracking” file and any other project manager app daily basis.
● Manage tenders and bids.
● Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
● Deliver and communicate the organizational expectations and rules to vendors.
● Conduct terms and conditions suitable for each purchase.
● Coordinate activities engaged in buying and supplies.
