Job Description

- Troubleshooting and following call center problems and Voice network users, 24h - Presenting requested reports - Documentation and preparing relevant instructions - Following up issues with telecommunication companies and partners in order to solve the problems - Monitoring and Ticketing on Solar Winds

Requirements

- At least a bachelor's degree in Computer or IT - At least a year of experience in a related field - Microsoft Office and Wireshark software skills - High responsibility, teamwork and motivation skills, eager to learn - Perfectly familiar with HiWEB Voice topology - Familiar with Mobile technology and IMS - Perfectly familiar with the concept of CCNA Voice, NGN - Familiar with the English language - Having Routing Voice and IP knowledge
