Job Description

- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents - Communicate verbally and in writing to answer emails and provide information to the principals/clients on time - Manage import/export documentation procedure based on classified assigned task (BL issuance /Demurrage/Customer service/ EDI /THC /Equipment Control and ...)

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience - Fluent in English - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel - Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills - proven ability to juggle multiple high priority tasks. - Highly adopt at assisting co-workers - Ready to attend in local (inbound) and foreign(outbound) mission
