Job Description

-Responsible for getting all the needed governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in export and importation process -Following and tracking the Purchase Requisition delivery time and on time shipments from supplier -Providing finance dept. with the all legal required supporting documents -Responsible for following importation banking process aligned with company financial policies -Responsible for getting ISIRI approval -Supervising and controlling all the shipping documents in every steps, also preparing and controlling Landed cost report -Responsible for arranging Inspection in country of origin or in destination -Providing customs broker team with the all the required supporting documents and tracking customs operation until clearance
