Requirements

● Familiar with import procedures and practices. ● Familiar with the NTSW portal for registration of PI and getting the relevant approvals from the government organizations. ● Familiar with currency allocation, bank-related affidavits, and purchase of currency from NIMA and other foreign exchange sources. ● Familiar with INCOTERMS and international payment methods and mechanisms. ● Familiar with cargo Insurance policies and their relevant clauses. ● Familiar with documents required for the purpose of imports. ● Familiar with clearing procedure, EPL system of the customs, and clearance affairs. ●BBA, BBM, or MBA graduates. ● At least 3 years of experience in importing; Experience in the food industry would be a plus. ● Punctual, away from fringes and gossip. ● Energetic and active. ● Updated with current business affairs, business environment, and international trade affairs. ● A good researcher to understand the import market and volume of import of food items across the country. ● Ready for trips to domestic and international fairs. ● Teamwork person. ● Strong communication skills and awareness of business jargon. ● Good English is the basic requirement and other languages are a plus. ● Good command of the MS Office and other related software for administrative works. ● Easily accessible and ready for challenges and emergencies.
