● Monitor and track all developments for the client.
● Maintain accurate records of progress.
● Submit regular reports on progress and status.
● Manage caseloads.
● Act as primary lead on assigned client caseload.
● Proactively monitor the client’s immigration process.
● Proactively communicate with client’s professional service providers.
● Quality control of processing.
● Receive new leads and convert them into active clients.
● Provide regular reporting.
● Provide administrative support to the company.
● Office management support.
● Support other company functions as directed and as needs arise.
