Job Description

● Monitor and track all developments for the client. ● Maintain accurate records of progress. ● Submit regular reports on progress and status. ● Manage caseloads. ● Act as primary lead on assigned client caseload. ● Proactively monitor the client’s immigration process. ● Proactively communicate with client’s professional service providers. ● Quality control of processing. ● Receive new leads and convert them into active clients. ● Provide regular reporting. ● Provide administrative support to the company. ● Office management support. ● Support other company functions as directed and as needs arise.

Requirements

● Detail-oriented and a demonstration of efficient organizational skills. ● 2 to 3 years of experience in the business. ● A high degree of customer service experience and orientation. ● Fluent in English. ● Proven ability to undertake and complete multiple projects and to work efficiently and diligently under pressure. ● Demonstrated ability to work with high net worth individuals. ● Fluent in MS Office. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work under pressure. ● Ability to work in a team.
