Job Description

-Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) -Liaising with relevant Organizations and Contractors -Handling project correspondences and emails & Filing (Scanning and Archiving correspondence & project documents) -Answering calls, taking messages -Preparing and collating reports -Following up the approval of invoices & WPA with Project Manager
