Job Description

• Check and analyzes tickets that are registered in the help desk site by the distributors. • Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the HQ end user’s satisfaction. • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software. • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software. • Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required. • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. • Have a good knowledge and enough experience to face unknown issues and resolve them. • Provide help desk support and resolve problems for ERP & Accounting System. • Delivery of detailed periodic reports to the ICT manager. • Identify operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results; investigating complaints and suggestions; completing troubleshooting procedures. • Develop operational solutions by defining, studying, estimating, and screening alternative solutions. • Improve operational quality results by studying, evaluating, and recommending process re-design; implementing changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hardware/Software/ICT. • Minimum of 3 years experience as project manager in a construction company. • Communication skills. • Adaptability. • Team work. • Flexibility.
