Job Description

● Develop and implement learning programs. ● Design e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more. ● Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training). ● Handle the training and professional development of company employees. ● Manage employee onboarding. ● Managing and evaluate IDP. ● Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles. ● Collate feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required. ● Conduct training trainer workshops to ensure training, scalability and effectiveness. ● Source and recommend vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where applicable. ● Prepare SOPs. ● Manage the learning and development budget. ● Define and lead projects focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements

● Familiar with labor and social security laws. ● 7 years of work experience in related fields. ● Master's degree or a Ph.D. in Management. ● Fluent in English. Behavioral skills: ● Innovation/change readiness. ● Teamwork and conflict resolution. ● Strategic and critical thinking. ● Teamwork and collaboration skills. ● Experienced as an L&D. ● Knowledge of effective learning and development methods. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen. ● Able to solve problems quickly and resolve issues.
