Job Description

● Leading main human resources processes including recruitment, retention, career path development, employee training and promotion, Succession, designing and improving jobs and organizational chart, employee performance and satisfaction management, motivational matters, attendance, payroll and welfare affairs, administrative affairs, employee contract, and insurance affairs. ● Planning, budgeting, organizing, leading, evaluating, supervising, and continuous improvement in human resource management and support processes, based on Shaparak's mission and strategic priorities. ● Leading and coordinating services and support related processes including inventory direct charge, repairing public facilities, company residential facilities, security, Environmental cleanliness, catering for staff and guests, and so on.

Requirements

● Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Management, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology. ● At least 10 years of professional experience in the human resources field including a minimum of 5 years in managerial roles in companies with more than 100 employees. ● Preferably experienced in the banking or electronic payment industry. Required skills: ● Highly skilled in negotiation and interview techniques and constructive communication with employees. ● Familiar with labor law, social security laws, attendance, and salary calculations. ● Highly skilled in personnel job satisfaction measurement, performance appraisal, and similar assessments. ● Highly skilled in staff training. ● Ability to make Intra-organizational and inter-organizational relationships. ● Familiar with inventory and warehousing processes. ● Good verbal and writing skills. ● Team making and leading competencies. ● Highly skilled in human capital development KPIs. ● Familiar with managing knowledge-workers in the learning organizations. ● Highly skilled in preparing and presenting high-quality reports. ● Highly skilled in organizing, planning, and executing HR activities. ● Highly skilled in administrative and human resource systems and software.
