Job Description
This position is responsible for HR department in head quarter of Irannovin company, and reports directly to chief development officer. This role is in charge of HR different functions such as recruitment, Training and development and other functions.
Major responsibilities:
● Cooperating with senior manager in defining company' values and planning on communication these values.
● Implementation of performance management.
● Defining job profile and job description for all job titles in Irannovin.
● Creating HR dashboards.
● Cooperation with CDO on department HR budget.
● Defining training and development plan.
● Developing career path for all departments and positions.
● Setting up feedback sessions based on performance management data.
● Setting up knowledge sharing meetings.
● Cooperation with different managers on behavioral appraisal for team-making.
● Monitoring company's projects human resource conditions.
