Requirements
- Fluent in recruiting and retaining human resources, able to budget human resource
- Fluent in performance evaluation, reward, recognition and, motivation system
- predominated in discriminating and collecting key performance indicators and organization system.
- Familiar with collecting and describing of task and performance methods, etc..
- 5 TO 10 years of experience in the field of human resources
- Education: BA/MA ( In reference to the job position)
