At DIGIKALA, HR Supervisors are known to be subject matter experts on HR programs, processes, and tools. They act as the frontline consultant to the business, working with managers in creating a positive employee experience and offering the best HR advice on people matters. They operate and are subject matter experts, having deep knowledge of company and local programs, processes, and policies; and offer strong, credible, and compelling advice to business leaders on how to manage their teams. They are dedicated to collaboration with HR Business Partners aligned with various businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of HR Specialists in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
- Work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams.
- Monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
- Analyze data, prepare analytical reports, and work with related graphs.
