Job Description

At DIGIKALA, HR Supervisors are known to be subject matter experts on HR programs, processes, and tools. They act as the frontline consultant to the business, working with managers in creating a positive employee experience and offering the best HR advice on people matters. They operate and are subject matter experts, having deep knowledge of company and local programs, processes, and policies; and offer strong, credible, and compelling advice to business leaders on how to manage their teams. They are dedicated to collaboration with HR Business Partners aligned with various businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of HR Specialists in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • Work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams.
  • Monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
  • Analyze data, prepare analytical reports, and work with related graphs.

Requirements

  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality document and report preparation.
