Job Description
● Write job descriptions and post job opportunities on online platforms and monitor the new candidates.
● Responsible for all the activities related to recruiting.
● Manage interviews (by phone, in person, or online) and able to filter the potential candidates.
● Manage all the human resources-related files and folders and archive them on paper or electronically.
● Determine the needed talent or qualifications or requirements for new job opportunities in the company.
● Participate in training new employees and make sure that they are ready to fulfill their tasks.
● Handle all the employee's requests, send any warning if necessary, and carry out an investigation if there is any issue.
● Give consultation in regard to employees' education program and apply the procedures.
● Maintain and update human resources documents, employee handbooks, or performance evaluation forms.
● Address employee relations issues, such as work complaints or other employee concerns.
● Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
● Functions independently as an expert within the assigned area with limited guidance from the manager.
● Formulate training policies, programs, and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, company production processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures, or services.
● Maintain records and prepare statistical reports to evaluate the performance of instructors and monitor the progress of trainees.
● Determine applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements.
● Conduct different interview methods such as behavioral, group, and panel interviews.
● Consult and support hiring managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions.
● Conduct assessment centers and be aware of various psychological tests required for recruitment.
● Analyze the recruitment agencies' performance, cost per hire, and time to hire, and recommend changes and improvements.
● Prepare documentation for the hiring process.
● Prepare monthly and annual hiring and HR planning report.
