Job Description
- Prepare and revise job description & competency
- Prepare human resource planning & update it frequently
- Update organizational chart frequently
- Handle recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, selection, interview, and offer letters.
- Do job interviews base on PAR, STAR, SOAR, behavioral base interview & CBI strategies.
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Develop performance management process and maintain the records.
- Analysis of the human resources statistics such as job satisfaction survey and turnover rate.
- Responsible for implementing of all HR projects (e.g. job evaluation and grading, etc.)
