Job Description

Navaar is recruiting for an experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our Company. •Main Responsibilities: -Provide guidance to corporate teams to ensure issue resolution and employee development -Finding best solutions for HR-related concerns and planning for implementing these solutions -Improving current HR processes and implementing better processes -Improving, implementing and administering employee evaluation process -Updating employee records such as personnel documents, termination, ... -Developing, organizing and evaluating training programs -Conducting and analyzing all HR-related surveys

Requirements

-Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) -Strong communication skills and excellent public relations -Passionate for excellence and eager to learn -Enjoy working with people -Ability to organize skills assessment (Entrance Exam, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests) -Excellent interpersonal skills and team working attitude -Attention to detail -Work experience as a Recruiter -High level of organization and self-discipline -Hardworking and smart
