Human Resources Representative Saadat Abad Datis khodro is subdivision of Datis holding. The Corporation is a recognized leader in providing high quality automotive, appliance, e-bikes, and other markets demand is seeking a Human Resources Manager at our SaadatAbad Office. Datis Holding would like to become a leader in employee quality, and productivity. The HR manager will serve as a business partner to our managers and provide superior human resource services to Datis Holding employees. This position will support a broad range of human resource activities including recruitment, employee relations, benefits and HR administration. Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate recruiting for hourly and salary positions including advertising, testing, interviewing, managing candidate flow, and background checks Coordinate new hire orientations/onboarding Collaborate in the development of training programs Create and maintain Human Resources databases and files Collaborate in the development of processes for continuous improvement Collaborate in the development of community and employee events Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist preferred Knowledge and experience with Unions and Labor Relations in a Iranian business environment preferred Related certification preferred Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment Team player with ability to effectively deal with a wide variety of people Proficient with MS Office Suite Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality Exceptional oral and written communication skills Working knowledge of Islamic republic of Iran’s employment laws Solid organizational skills with attention to detail Why Should You Apply?
