The incumbent serves the interests of the company by providing state of the art, efficient HR// Management & Business Partner support.
The job holder ensures the implementation and application of agreed upon standard HR policies and represents the needs of the organization.
The position holder will be responsible and accountable for managing all the activities associated with human resources for the company including but not limited to corporate HR strategy enrollment, planning, recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, performance measurement, succession planning & employee relations in alignment of HR policy and procedures.
The job holder reports directly to the VP-Human Resources for the group companies.
- Major Tasks :
- Oversee Payroll management and executing the manual payroll, reviewing the monthly accrual files and ensuring accuracy and submit payroll to Finance team.
- Responsible for developing and implementing the overall staffing & recruitment programs
- Developing Performance Appraisal and Talent Acquisition procedures and forms.
- Identify training needs through surveys, Talent Management process reports, interviews with employees, consultation with managers and the results of performance assessments.
