Job Description
- Manage recruitment efforts
- Attend recruiting fairs to find prospective employees
- On-boarding new employees
- Evaluating team’s performance according to their set targets and feedback from managers and the team
- Scheduling working shifts, especially in holiday, night shifts and special events
- Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning,
- Taking over all items about facilities of terminated employees
- Solving inter-section issues and conflicts
Reporting to: CEO.
Length of Probation Period: 3 months.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9:00 - 17:00, Thursday 9:00 - 13:00.
