Job Description

-Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. -Advise managers on organizational policy matters, such as equal employment opportunity and recommend needed changes. -Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. -Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with under staffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures. -Creating and revising job descriptions. -Conducting annual salary surveys. -Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget. -Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program. -Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads. -Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts. -Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.

Requirements

-Master’s degree in Management, psychology or industry fields. -At least 10 years of experience in HRM. -Excellent knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. -Excellent knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. -Excellent knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process. -Excellent command in management principles. -Strong team building, decision-making, people management skills and problem solving. -Must be fluent in English.
