Job Description
-Managing the organization’s HR processes, learning and development programs, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR information systems and financial planning of the department
-Design and implementation of procedures and policies based on company comprehensive strategies and following up improvement of organization's HR practices
-Assist and support the development and management of programs, procedures and guidelines for helping and matching workforce with strategic goals of the company
-Managing the administrative affairs, automation, salary and salary policies of employees -Issues of employee relationships, such as labor complaints or other employee concerns
-Planning, organizing, directing, controlling or coordinating employee activities, training, or working relationships of an organization
-Analyze and modify compensation and profit policies to create competitive programs
-Management of correspondence principles, Secretariat, issuance of references and certifications and guiding staff when needed
-Collecting staff's ideas, Creativity and innovation in each field and acting to attain results with colleagues
