Job Description

• Design and implementation of short term and long term HR planning • Establishing KPIs for jobs and carrying out performance management system • Implementation of all HR procedures based on current policies and propose development plans • Maintains job evaluations based on our Hay Group system; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions • Designing and implementing career paths based on Hay Group job families and steps • Promoting human resources development and carry out training process • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures • Maintaining organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes • Studying, planning and implementation of personnel welfare families based on current regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in management, Industrial Engineering, business or related fields • Experienced in performance management systems • Minimum 5 years of experience as a HR Manager • Full command of HR (Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading) • Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations, staffing principles • Ability of short term and long term planning • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Full command of MS Office • Proficient level in English
