Job Description

-Full management of human resources (recruitment, development, performance appraisal, maintenance, Attendance, salary, occupational rank) -Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, employee principles - Introduction to processes and strategies for recruiting and retaining employees - Supervision of employment based on relevant policies and regulations - Design and implementation of short and long term human resource planning and the development of internal letters and job analysis -Evaluate job results by creating a recruitment, testing, and interviewing staff of the organization, conducting and analyzing an exit interview

Requirements

- Master's degree in management, engineering, business - At least 5 years of experience as a manager in software companies - Work experience in software companies - Familiar with talent and psychology - Has a good social relationship
