-Full management of human resources (recruitment, development, performance appraisal, maintenance,

- Introduction to processes and strategies for recruiting and retaining employees
- Supervision of employment based on relevant policies and regulations
- Design and implementation of short and long term human resource planning and the development of internal letters and job analysis
-Evaluate job results by creating a recruitment, testing, and interviewing staff of the organization, conducting and analyzing an exit interview
