• Design and implementation of short term and long term HR planning • Recruitment monitoring based on related policies and regulations • Implementation of all HR procedures based on current policies and propose development plans • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; • Recommending changes • Promoting staff development and carry out the training process • Hearing and resolving employee grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures • Analyzing KPI performance, and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices. • Reporting to: CEO • Assists managers in organizing training programs and personal development. • Assisting and designing and preparation of salary and wage system and monthly payroll. • Maintaining and update personnel records, leave records and disciplinary records.
• Bachelor's degree in related field • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager • Full command of HR (Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading) • Good knowledge of related laws and regulations, staffing principles • Good knowledge of the principles of Professional human resources – • Full command of MS Office knowledge • The ability of short-term and long-term planning • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Outstanding leadership, team building, and motivational skills
