Requirements
● At least a Master's degree in Public Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management or MBA and DBA graduate.
● Getting to know the principles of management and supervision and the ability to manage people.
● Information on the laws and regulations of labor and social security administration, tax, and accounting.
● Ability to plan personnel such as training programs for employment, safety, environment, and health.
● Ability to analyze analytical reports on administrative issues.
● Ability to formulate guidelines, rules, and regulations in the field of administrative, personnel, health, and educational issues.
● At least ten years of work experience
