Job Description

-Formulate HR strategies in line with organizational strategies -Develop Human Resources -Plan Human Resources -Identify, design, conduct and control all HR Systems and Processes -Analyze, Design, Evaluate and Job categorization -Training analysis requires staff development, language training and health and safety programs

Requirements

-Master's Degree in any Management fields (degree in HRM is an advantage) -Minimum 10 years of related work experience in HR & at least 5 Years experience as a senior Manager -Familiarity with labor and Insurance Laws and etc. -Proficiency in HR areas -Ability to lead and direct people (Leadership skills) -Familiarity with the principles and methods of recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, staff relations and negotiations, and personnel information systems -Familiar with competency model and ability to execute -Familiarity with organizational behavior and performance; Individual differences in ability, personality and interests; learning and motivation -High Emotional Intelligence -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Ability to communicate and present effectively -English proficiency and computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Office -Familiarity with competency model
