Job Description

-Formulate HR strategies in line with organizational strategies -Develop Human Resources -Plan Human Resources -Identify, design, conduct and control all HR Systems and Processes -Analyze, Design, Evaluate and Job categorization -Training analysis requires staff development, language training and health and safety programs

Requirements

- Master's Degree in any Management fields (degree in HRM is an advantage) - Minimum 10 years of related work experience in HR & at least 5 Years experience as a senior Manager - Familiarity with labor and Insurance Laws and etc. - Proficiency in HR areas - Ability to lead and direct people (Leadership skills) - Familiarity with the principles and methods of recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, staff relations and negotiations, and personnel information systems - Familiar with competency model and ability to execute - Familiarity with organizational behavior and performance; Individual differences in ability, personality and interests; learning and motivation - High Emotional Intelligence - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to communicate and present effectively - English proficiency and computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Office - Familiarity with competency model
