POSITION SNAPSHOT:
Nestlé Iran hereby invites applications for a * three months* internship program.
We're looking for a high-achieving graduate to join our Internship program in the field of recruitment and youth activities. In this project, your role will involve gaining experience in all aspects of recruitment project coordination. There will also be opportunities for capable selected interns to contribute additional assignments if they prove themselves enough qualified.

Responsibilities:
● Handling incoming applications, collating received documentation, organizing interviews, minuting interviews, meetings, and discussions, preparing regular reports, attending recruitment fairs, and assisting with general office admin.
● Designing and proposing an assessment center for the means of recruitment.
● Building a solid CV database.
● Coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
● Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management.
● Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants.
● Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
