Job Description

Work and participate in all departments and processes of the human resources unit, including recruitment, socialization of new employees, training planning, training courses, personal development, and performance appraisal. Key responsibilities and duties for this position: ● Planning the socialization course for new employees and informing the relevant units. ● Guiding and familiarizing the new employee with the organization or company. ● Entering and updating personal and organizational information of employees, training programs, etc. in the training software. ● Cooperating in the preparation and implementation of operational plans and goals in the field of human capital. ● Cooperating in compiling and preparing job descriptions and conditions for obtaining jobs. ● Cooperating in conducting training needs assessment based on job and employee to determine the training needs of employees. ● Cooperating in educational planning based on needs assessment to prepare the company's educational calendar. ● Participating in the project of measuring staff satisfaction on an annual basis and analyzing the results statistically.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial engineering, or other related fields. ● At least 2 years of related experience. ● Ability to communicate effectively. ● Strong attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Proficiency in Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. ● Excellent command of English.
