Manpower selection process (preparation of ad text, publication of announcement, resume review, interview) - Social Security Insurance - Perform supplementary health insurance - Setting up work contracts - Registration and archiving of documents - Educational activities (educational needs assessment, follow-up training classes) - Preparation of statistical reports and their analysis - Job interview - Performance evaluation and analysis - Issuing sentences and calculating salaries - Dominant labor law employment contracts

Requirements

Bachelor of management / Industrial Engineering/Psychology - At least 8years practical and relevant experience in HR field. - Familiarity with labor laws and social security - Understanding the occupational classification system - Expert in Access, Excel, Power point, Word - Proficiency in English is an advantage. - Ideal Age Range: 27-34
