- As a member of the HR team, your main role is to:

- Dealing with all HR issues (Recruitment, Selection, Interviewing, Training, Appraisal, Legal Issues)
- Functions independently as an expert within the assigned area with limited guidance from manager
-Familiar with the rules of "labor and social security"
Familiarity with the integrated system of HAMKARAN SYSTEM
- Participate in the hiring process by selecting qualified job applicants or referring them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities
- Schedule or conduct new employee orientations
- Address employee relations issues, such as work complaints or other employee concerns
- Maintain and update human resources documents, employee handbooks & Etc
