Job Description

Pouya Housh is looking for a young, responsible, and eager-to-learn human resources specialist to support our day-to-day HR operations. If you're passionate about human resources and looking to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, we’d be delighted to welcome you to our team.

Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing employee welfare programs and addressing staff needs.Support in collecting and maintaining personnel records.Coordinate training sessions and internal meetings.Assist in the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview coordination and follow-up, and gathering employment documents.Update and maintain recruitment-related data in the HR software.Participate in performance evaluation processes and help prepare basic reports.Assist in organizing internal events and enhancing internal communication.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., Human Resources Management, Psychology, etc.).Basic familiarity with HR concepts and Microsoft Office.High attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and effective communication skills.Eagerness to learn and a collaborative team spirit.
