• Design and implement HR Strategic Planning, • Maintain the work structure by updating Job Requirements and Job Descriptions for all positions, • Design and implement Competency Model in the Organization, • Design and implement Performance Management System in the Organization, • Prepare and implement Training and Development Plans for employees to ensure that employees acquire necessary skills in an effective and timely manner, • Participation in designing and implementing Talent Management and Succession Planning System, • Participation in designing and leading the internal Assessment Centers and planning the IDP, • Design and implement employee Suggestion System in the Organization, • Develop and implement Employer Branding Strategies,
Requirements
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management / Industrial Engineering, At least 3 years’ experience in HR field, HR knowledge proficiency, Self-motivated, Energetic and Proactive, Excellent communication and analytical skills, Being honest, patient and flexible Proficient in Microsoft Office specially Excel, Ideal Age Range: 30 - 35 Job location: Tehran, Africa Area
