POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Qazvin - Iran. Company: Nestlé, full-time. POSITION SUMMARY Joining Nestlé means you are joining the largest food and Beverage Company in the world. You are supposed to ensure Flawless Execution of C and B processes and administration for the factory. A DAY IN THE LIFE … ● Ensure compliance with Iran Labor laws and company policies in all C and B processes and execution and manage all factory employee C and B queries employee relation/lobar related cases. ● Payroll management and executing the manual payroll, reviewing the monthly accrual files and ensuring accuracy, and submitting payroll to the F and C team. ● Manage the end-to-end process which includes communication with the exiting employee and preparing monthly employee database. ● Provide SSO with a monthly report and respond to all legal requirements and manage employee retirement. ● Manage employee insurance and complimentary insurance. ● Provide all the attestation/certificate requests to employees. ● Performance forms include probationary forms, annual performance evaluation forms, and performance improvement forms. ● General and functional onboarding documentation. ● Manage all types of advances and loan documents. ● Employment contract management.

Requirements

● Fluency in English is a must. ● Open-minded and expresses flexibility to new ideas, passion for employee relation/labor-related matters. ● At least 2 years of experience in HR compensation and benefits, transfers, payroll. ● Skilled communicator with the ability to adjust communication with the audience. ● High work rate with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. ● Strong ability in creating reports and organizing data/information, analytical data-change, mental agility, and flexibility. ● Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. ● Good knowledge of HR processes.
