Job Description
● Responsible for hiring required manpower for region such as sales, supervisor, sales rep, driver, worker, etc.
● Consult with line manager, providing HR solutions when required.
● Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the Solico group HR team to develop solutions.
● Utilize the training process and tools set out by expertise teams in order to provide and develop the diverse talent pipeline for both the short and medium-term needs of the S&D organizations.
● Manage and resolve employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
● Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers and supervisors (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
● Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, and increase morale, productivity, and retention.
● Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation for managers and staff in the region
● Provide input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
● Identify training needs and individual executive coaching needs under the guidance of the central team
● Help central team to evaluate and monitoring of training programs' effectiveness
● Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
● Strengthen and promote Solico's image, as well as its diversity, by ensuring respect for the group's values and code of ethics.
● Prepare yearly manpower plan and recruitment plan.
● Do exit interviews and try to reduce employee turnover in the region.
● Ensure office requirements such as furniture, services, lighting, A/C canteen, etc. are in place and working properly
● Make sure exit settlement of employees is done in the proper way.
